EOS Utility for Canon EOS 60D
Step 1: Add registry key
This will make Windows pretend that an old version of the EOS Utility has already been installed.
Save this in a .reg file (e.g. canon.reg) and double click it to insert the registry fix:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Canon\EOS Utility]

Step 2: Download and Install
Download the EOS Utility Updater:
EOS Utility 2.14.20a Updater for Windows for EOS 60D
Install the EOS Utility by opening the downloaded updater.
